There is a stone house, suitable for reconstruction, in the village of Perdika.
From the street the house looks like a ground floor. The entrance from the street is to the living kitchen and 2 bedrooms with bathroom in size of 54m2. From the courtyard there is a storage under the ground floor, which can be converted into a living area. In the yard there are 3 large old but healthy trees – a lemon tree, an orange tree and an olive tree.
Location
The typical Greek village of Perdika is located on the mainland, in the northern part of Greece – Epirus, on the coast of the Ionian Sea, overlooking the nearest islands of Corfu and Paxos. It is inhabited all year round by about 1,500 inhabitants, during the summer months the number of inhabitants together with tourists increase several times.
In the centre of the village there is a square with a church, a town hall and a summer amphitheatre. In the middle of the square is a fountain. The square is lined with numerous cafes, taverns, bars. The local taverns are renowned not only for their fresh fish, but also for their quality meat specialties. It is a paradise for local fishermen, and in the surrounding mountain villages, animals are raised or grazed freely everywhere.
