Description
A smaller house with a total usable area of 50 m² is located near the main square in the village of Perdika. On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, on the first floor there is an attic bedroom. In front of the house there is a small entrance terrace of 25 m².
The house is sold with the equipment in the photos – TV, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, extractor hood, washing machine, A/C on the ground floor and on the first floor. The kitchen works on electricity and gas. The house has a water heater and an additional water tank.
Parking is possible directly in front of the house on the street.
Location
The typical Greek village of Perdika is located on the mainland, in the northern part of Greece – Epirus, on the coast of the Ionian Sea with a view of the nearest islands of Corfu and Paxos. It is inhabited by about 1,500 inhabitants all year round, and during the summer months the number increases several times, along with tourists.
In the center of the village there is a square with a church, town hall and a summer amphitheater. There is a fountain in the center of the square. You can also find an e-bike rental shop on the square in Perdika. The square is lined with numerous cafés, taverns and bars. The local taverns are famous not only for their fresh fish, but also for their high-quality meat specialties. It is a paradise for local fishermen and in the surrounding mountain villages animals are bred or grazed freely everywhere.
